What wall lining materials are available for container conversions?

We offer scratch-resistant melamine-faced panels, painted moisture-resistant drywall, heavy-duty structural OSB and birch plywood, and seamless hygiene-certified PVC and FRP cladding. Each material is selected based on your specific requirements for aesthetics, durability, and cleaning routines. Can heavy shelving and equipment be anchored to the interior walls?

Yes, heavy items can be anchored directly to the internal timber or steel stud subframe. When containers are lined with structural 15 mm OSB or plywood, shelving, tool racks, and cabinets can be securely screwed into the wall panels at any location.

How is the commercial vinyl flooring installed over the container floor?

The original 28 mm marine plywood floor is leveled and sealed. Heavy-duty heterogeneous commercial vinyl sheeting (2.0 mm thick) is fully adhered using solvent-free adhesive, and all perimeter seams are hot-welded with PVC welding rods to form a 100% waterproof continuous surface. Does the interior lining accommodate electrical wiring and data conduits?

Yes, all electrical cabling, data network conduits, and plumbing pipes are concealed neatly within the subframe cavity behind the wall and ceiling panels, terminating into flush-mounted switches, sockets, and network faceplates for a clean architectural finish.
